Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a hot evening. The service was top-notch, with friendly and approachable staff who even accommodated my request for a room suitable for two people. The location was amazing, just a couple of minutes' walk to the train station and convenient for my work purposes. The dining experience was lovely, with a great selection of food and helpful staff. The facilities were well-equipped and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel impresses with beautiful rooms that are comfortable and great value for money. While the memory foam mattress caused some discomfort with heat, the fancy coffee machine in the room was a delightful surprise. The service was attentive and personable, although there was a hiccup with processing the debit card. The location is superb, conveniently close to everything but still peaceful for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic stay for our mini-break in Watford/London.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Harry Potter shuttle bus services, with well-laid-out rooms at the back of the building. The staff, especially for my daughter's birthday celebration, were friendly and helpful. Although there were minor issues at the hot food counter, the overall service was commendable. The location is brilliant, near the Watford Junction train station for easy access to London. The dining experience was delightful, offering a lovely selection despite some cleaning oversights in the seating area. The facilities are top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
The hotel offered clean, spacious rooms with good facilities but was a bit noisy in the morning due to laundry activities. The service was friendly and welcoming, although housekeeping started a bit early. It was conveniently located for the Warner Bros studio tour but a bit far from central London. The dining experience was average with some issues in food preparation and separate charges. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offered a great stay overall, with cozy and spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds, perfect for families. The service was friendly and accommodating, although improvement is needed in staff training. Its location was ideal for visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour and had excellent transport links, but noise could be an issue. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with fresh and tasty dishes alongside some disappointing options. The facilities were adequate but could use some upgrades.
